An area business is for sale.

“Established coffee shop with regular customers right in front of Jenkintown-Wyncote [Train Station]…[is] for sale at $55,000.00,” according to a recent listing on craigslist.  The price includes “all inventories and equipment along with owner training for 2 weeks, as needed.”

The business is located on Greenwood Avenue at Glenside Avenue in Cheltenham Township.

The “lease is down to $1,500.00 per month from building owner’s cooperation for about 1,000 square feet [of] space,” the listing continued.  “Make your coffee shop dream come true.  Sales can be increased by opening extended hours, currently the business is running 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.”
