Montgomery County officials have declared a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency beginning Wednesday, December 13, at 9:00pm and ending on Friday, December 15, at 9:00am.

During this time, either the temperature or the wind chill is expected to be below 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
