Montgomery County officials have declared a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency beginning Wednesday, December 6, at 9:00pm and ending on Thursday, December 7, at 9am.

During this time, either the temperature or the wind chill is expected to be below 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
