CHS grad Kenny Holdsman, CEO of Philly Youth Basketball, receives Jewish Sports Pillar of Achievement Award

Kenny Holdsman, a 1985 Cheltenham High School graduate, has been named the recipient of the Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame’s prestigious Pillar of Achievement Award.

The award honors individuals who have made an unusually important impact on Philadelphia area sports. Kenny is President and CEO of Philadelphia Youth Basketball, a nonprofit that uses basketball as a bridge to education, character development, and good citizenship.


Kenny will be presented this honor on September 27, 2023 at the Hall of Fame’s 25th annual induction ceremony held at Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Philadelphia.
