Jessica Barto, Cheltenham Township’s EMS Director & Chief of Operations, was featured today by CBS News for reuniting with a newborn she helped in July.

Barto responded to a 911 call and delivered baby Isabella at 23 weeks. She weighed one pound at the time.

“I did some mouth to mouth and we did compressions, CPR, ventilations, and we got her to the hospital as quick as we could,” Barto said.

The family lives in Elkins Park.
