Cheltenham Township announced today that a preliminary land development application has been submitted for additions at Cedarbrook Middle School, 300 Longfellow Road in Wyncote.
The proposal calls for the construction of two building additions totaling 18,972 sf, as well as parking and site improvements.
Per the township’s April 17 Acknowledgement Letter, the proposal will be reviewed at public meetings on the following tentative dates:
- May 8, 2025 – Shade Tree Advisory Commission (STAC)
- May 19, 2025, – Planning Commission (web conference and tentative)
- July 2, 2025, – Public Works (web conference and tentative)
- July 16, 2025, – Board of Commissioners (BOC) (by web conference/in-person)
