Cheltenham Township officials announced today that yesterday’s full closure notice regarding construction along Route 73 (Church Road) and Greenwood Avenue was made in error.

From the announcement:

A spring construction update document is available at the project website, which includes accurate traffic flow information.

The announcement published by PennDOT May 19, 2026 stating 24-hour weekday closures would be in place was a miscommunication.  Traffic flow will continue in the current directions; eastbound on Church and northbound on Greenwood.

Construction will remain ongoing until Monday, August 3.
