Cheltenham Township announced today the winners of the fourth annual Winter Photo Contest.

Jesse Gonzales’ photo of an Elkins Park sunset and SEPTA train took first prize among the 69 submissions:

Runners up were:

Cheltenham Village from Debra D.
Coventry Gardens Cardinals from Michael S.
Robinson Park from Emily E-L.
Chelten Hills Drive from Carlene W.
