The Cheltenham School District announced today the recent passing of Cedarbrook Middle School building aide Mr. Dorian Brewer.

Mr. Brewer was “a great gentleman who had a kind heart and would do anything for you if you were in need. I will truly miss Mr. Dorian and his special shout outs he would give for the lunch menus weekly, as well as just seeing his presence in the hallway,” principal Craig Metcalfe said. “He was kind, he was smart, he loved being around children and supporting them, he loved watching young people engage in sports and just loved helping in whatever way he could. Truly great qualities for a person to have. We will miss him dearly.”

Mr. Brewer’s celebration of life and balloon release will be held on Friday, February 21 at 7:00pm at the Simons Recreation Center Football Field, located at 7200 Rodney Street in Philadelphia.
