The Cheltenham School District is looking to hire an Assistant Superintendent.

ShaVon Savage, a graduate of Penn State Abington, previously served that position but has been reassigned to the role of Director of Teaching and Learning “in a move to provide further focus on instruction and student achievement,” according to a board meeting recap from January.

In the absence of an assistant superintendent, Dr. Brian Scriven will be supporting the Office of Education, the recap said.
