Cheltenham receives Preliminary Land Development Plan for Foxlane Homes, a 43-unit residential development

Cheltenham officials released today the Preliminary Land Development Plan for Foxlane Homes, a 43-townhome development at 1777 Willow Grove Avenue in the Glenside section of the township.

The property, which borders and overlaps with Springfield Township, is currently a 42-acre vacant lot and was previously approved by a court settlement.

The preliminary plans, submitted July 21, can be viewed here. Cheltenham Township officials will review them on the following tentative dates:

  • September 11 at 7:30 p.m. – Shade Tree Advisory Commission (STAC) (web
    conference)
  • September 29 at 7:30 p.m. – Planning Commission (web conference)
  • October 8 at 7:30 p.m. – Public Works (tentative and by web conference)
  • October 22 at 7:30 pm – Board of Commissioners (tentative and by web conference/in
    person)

Fort Washington-based Foxlane Homes LLC last appeared before the township’s Zoning Hearing board on Monday, January 13. The township first received plans in December.
