The Cheltenham Police Department released a video on their Facebook page of someone they are describing as the Lynnewood Garden’s Grinch stealing packages off of a porch.
Police are hoping for your help to identify this Lynnewood Garden’s Grinch, who is making off with Christmas packages from the 7700 block of Lucretia Mott Way. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detectives at (215) 885-1600 ext 453.
