Update: Mr. Sin has been found safe and is back home as of 5:28pm, police said.

The Cheltenham Township Police Department is searching for Leapheng Sin, a 22-year-old an intellectually disabled adult who was reported missing on Sunday, April 20 at 9:31pm after walking out of his apartment/group home on Limekiln Pike in Wyncote several hours earlier.

Sin is described as 6’3” tall, weighing 250lbs with black facial hair and wearing a gray t-shirt, black athletic shorts, and black New Balance sneakers.

He walks or uses SEPTA to get around and frequents 5th Street and Olney Avenue in Philadelphia, police said.
