Cheltenham School District superintendent Dr. Brian Scriven announced via a memo to district families that a potential school threat was directed toward Cedarbrook Middle School around 8:00pm on Thursday, April 24.
According to the memo, Cheltenham police performed an investigation which included interviews of “key names” that were mentioned in the Safe2Say report.
The Montgomery County Bomb Squad and police “deemed the threat non-credible and gave the all clear at 12:04am.”
Police were present at the school this morning, the memo said.
