Cheltenham Township police K-9 officer Nicholas O’Conner (fourth from left above) was awarded the Legion of Excellence Award for Valor by the Delaware Valley Association of Professional Police Officials on Friday, September 22.

Officer O’Connor received the award from NBC 10 News reporter Deanna Durante & DVAPPO President Chief Scott J. Fida.
