Cheltenham High School welcomes 3 new vice principals, LSCHS welcomes new faculty & staff

Cheltenham School District shared today that Mr. Mark Hoff, Mrs. Jennifer Lennon and Dr. Curtis Callands have been named vice principals at Cheltenham High School.

Mr. Hoff began his tenure on August 1. Mrs. Lennon and Dr. Callands’ tenures will begin later in the fall.

Dr. Callands comes to Wyncote as the former leading consultant, trainer, and principal of the trauma-informed care Bancroft School, located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In that role, he served students with autism and who required emotional support.

Prior to Bancroft, Dr. Callands was a principal at Elwyn Davidson School, LifeWorks Behavioral Health School, an assistant chief academic officer and principal for the Chester Community Charter Elementary and Middle Schools. He also served as administrator at Devereux Institution, and special education teacher at the Northbridge Alternative School in the North Penn School District.

A 2002 CHS graduate, Mrs. Lennon brings nearly two decades of experience to the role. Since 2016, she has served as an assistant principal at various schools within the School District of Philadelphia. She has previously served as a special education liaison, math content teacher lead, teacher coach, MTSS champion, extended school year coordinator, and an extended school year principal.

Mr. Hoff comes to the position with over a decade of experience in the district as a social studies department chair and interim vice principal.
