Jaelen McGlone, a 2020 Cheltenham High School graduate and an East Stroudsburg University junior basketball guard, was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Defensive Athlete of the Week after his contributions in wins over Clarion and Pitt-Johnstown.  

According to the PSAC’s sports page, McGlone averaged 19.5 points, 1.5 assists, and 5.0 steals per game, all while turning the ball over just three times. Jaelen totaled six steals against Clarion and swiped possession four times against Pitt-Johnstown.

He is majoring in Sports Management at East Stroudsburg. McGlone was an All-State performer for the Panthers.
