Sarah Bagley, a professional chef and a graduate of Cheltenham High School, is seeking votes for the Favorite Chef food competition hosted by world-renowned Carla Hall, a two-time Top Chef competitor, author, and television host.

The contest’s winner will be chosen by the public and receive $25,000, a two-page advertorial in Taste of Home Magazine, and a cooking experience with Carla to elevate their career.

Who or what inspires you to cook?

The people I am always cooking for. My friends and family! They are the ones who inspire me. They are my biggest cheerleaders and I don’t think I would have grown my confidence in the kitchen without them.

What’s your all time favorite dish to make?

My all time favorite dish to make is such a hard question to answer because I like to experiment and challenge myself every time I’m in the kitchen. But some of my favorite things to cook are blackened salmon, caprese, chicken korma, any kind of chicken, or anything with cheese or corn!

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I would pay for culinary school and start my own food truck business! That amount of money would be an amazing jump start to starting my dream job! Something that makes me happy!
