Pinto Restaurant, 24 E. Glenside Avenue, was recently featured as part of Cheltenham Township Economic Task Force’s “Business Spotlight,” a series of Youtube videos which highlight local small businesses.

Spousal co-owners Shannon Dougherty and Liz Petersen were asked why they chose Glenside to open their restaurant, which features a Southwestern-style menu and a second-floor event space called Upstairs at Pinto. They were also asked about their menu, the creative process that went into creating it, and how people can find them.
