The Springfield Township Police Department reported that “officers responded to a report of 2 males entering cars [on Sunday].  Officers established a perimeter and took 2 juveniles into custody for loitering and prowling, theft, and possession of an instrument of crime. ”

According to the Police Department, “The 2 youths are local to the 100 block of Wissahickon Avenue in Flourtown.  Charges [are] pending.”
