Glenside businesses will be hosting the first annual Business Bingo beginning on November 26 as part of Small Business Saturday.

Each participating store will be giving out bingo cards to customers to fill in as they shop and dine. Once customers have a line of five, they can submit their cards to win a basket of gift cards on behalf of local businesses.

Two winners will be randomly selected on December 18. Customers’ bingo cards must be submitted by December 17.

“The idea is to get residents to utilize restaurants, stores, and bars. We want people out shopping and eating local. We put out an email inviting all of the Glenside businesses to join,” Rhiannon Punzo, owner of The Dovetail Artisans in Glenside, said.
