The Bucks County Sheriff’s Office announced that a bench warrant has been issued for Michael Cummins, 50, for failure to appear for a pre-trial conference regarding his guilty plea. 

According to the report, Cummins is charged with providing a false statement to induce an agreement for home improvement services for a property on Woodland Road in the Roslyn section of Abington Township.
