The Bryn Athyn Thrift Shop (BATS), 510 Tomlinson Road, will soon be moving to a new home in a newly built barn in a nearby field on Buck Road, between Woodward Drive and Byberry Road. Construction began in the summer, and the new location is expected to be completed this winter. The last day for the current location will be April 1.

The new barn will be temperature controlled and offer retail space, a covered drop-off spot, and work/storage areas.

BATS is part of the Bryn Athyn Church’s “Building for Community” project, which includes plans for building a new elementary school and church/community space on the land that is currently the athletic fields.
