Friends of Bishop McDevitt announced that Sr. Dolores Beatty GNSH and Mr. William Hanley will be honored as this year’s Legends of Bishop McDevitt during the Hall of Fame Induction on April 28.

Other 2024 inductees include:

• Alumni Hall of Fame – Thomas Foley ’71, Patricia (Ford) Loeb ’73, John Hunter ’70, Robert Yacko ’71
• Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame – Jesse Brookreson ’94, Mark Gilman ’73

In 2015, The Legends of McDevitt category was added to the school’s Hall of Fame. The following was the announcement that explained this award:

This award honors men and women who have had a profound impact on the McDevitt community and served as a McDevitt representative in their own communities. Generous with the time and talents, these men and women bring light and life to many incredible charitable and community endeavors. The compassion they show to the people they serve is an inspiration to us all, and their work did not go unnoticed.
