Baby Gear Group Jenkintown is a baby gear and toy library and a community and play space located at 2278 Mt Carmel Ave, 2nd Floor in Glenside. They have open play hours on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10:30-12:30 and on Saturday mornings from 11-1.

Open play hours are the perfect in-door outing for you and your family as the weather gets warmer. They have a train table, a play kitchen, costumes, books, a variety of gross motor and creative and imagination toys for your crawler, toddler or preschooler to play with. They aim to produce a relaxed environment where you and your kiddo can enjoy yourselves and make some friends.

Passes are $15 per family for drop in or $45 per month. They are offering a special promotion for the summer for 8 visits for $100. Pass information can be found on their website.

Baby Gear Group Jenkintown is also hosting kids’ birthday parties. The space is ideal for a first, second or third birthday. It is $275 for 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon for up to 10 kids and their grownups. They will do all of the decorating and clean up and you can bring your own snacks and drinks. They are also partnering with Baked by Bindu for an optional add on for specialty cakes or cupcakes.
