-Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
-Experience working with preschool-aged children
-Strong classroom management and communication skills
-Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
-Commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Responsibilities:

-Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
-Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
-Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
-Communicate effectively with families and colleagues
-Ensure compliance with all licensing and program requirements
