Arcadia University’s Fall Welcome Week kicks off with freshman move-in day on Wednesday, August 26 from 9:00am to noon.

Per the tradition, student-athletes, faculty, staff, and university president Ajay Nair will assist families with unloading their cars and carrying belongings to rooms.

On Thursday, from 10:30am to 11:30am, an opening convocation will take place on Haber Green followed by a welcome picnic, where students will write notes to themselves that will be kept in a time capsule until their graduation.

On Friday, community service projects which support local and global initiatives will take place from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Participants will package meals with Rise Against Hunger, contribute to school beautification efforts through Local School Service Projects, and support domestic violence prevention and outreach through a partnership with Laurel House.

The incoming class of 2030 at Arcadia University includes students from more than 40 states and countries as far away as Austria and China.
