Arcadia University baseball senior Anthony Bruno has been named the program’s fourth-ever All-American after being named to the Fourth Team by D3baseball.com.
Bruno, a Hatboro-Horsham graduate, becomes the fourth All-American in program history after Bryan Gillen ’18, Owen Margolis ’22, and Alex Madera ’23.
He was named First Team All-Region IV by D3baseball.com, Second Team All-Region IV by Rawlings/ABCA, and First Team All-MAC Freedom after leading the nation with 81 RBIs to go with a .352 average, 68 hits, 14 doubles, 13 home runs, and 54 runs scored.

In related news, Gabby Ottaviano, a midfielder for the Jenkintown High School lacrosse team, has been named the Offensive Player of the Year by PhillyLacrosse.com. Anna Montroy was named the Defensive Player of the Year, and head coach Bob Cummings was named the Coach of the Year.
The Lady Drakes captured the Bicentennial League title for the second year in a row in May.
Ottaviano, who scored her 100th goal this season, was also named to the league’s First Team for Attack. Montroy was named to the First Team for Defense.
The Drakes’ Savannah Luig was given Second Team Attack honors, Julia Walsh and Sarah O’Brien received Second Team Midfield honors, and Charlie Haldeman and Riley White received Second Team Defense honors. Corrina Stadanlick was named a Second Team Goalie and Ayden Zazulak was named a Second Team Flex/Midfield.
Tally Pizer and Nina Constandino were given Honorable Mentions.
