The Downtown Glenside Foundation will host the annual Rock the Knight Food Truck Festival on Thursday, September 10 beginning at 5:30pm in downtown Glenside.
Live music, drinks, and 40+ food trucks will be on Easton Road from Waverly to Glenside Avenue, Wesley Avenue, and Glenside Avenue from Easton to New Street. The event is a collaboration between the Downtown Glenside Foundation, Arcadia University and Cheltenham Township.
“The Rock the Knight Food Truck Festival has been voted a favorite event by students at Arcadia,” said Lisa Stephens, coordinator of the event and a key leader in the University Relations department. “The event has been one of the highlights of the fall semester for several years now, and we greatly appreciate our partnership with Downtown Glenside and others.”
Organizers are currently seeking volunteers to help with setup and breakdown from 4:00pm – 5:00pm and again at 9:00pm until the event is fully broken down. To sign up, you can email dgcp19038@gmail.com.
