Align, a holistic health-oriented studio space at 2278 Mt Carmel Avenue, will host two guests from Ignite Sadhana who specialize in internationally-recognized Wim Hof breathwork techniques.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
