Abington Township’s Older Adults Trip & Fall Prevention Program and the Roslyn-based Family Promise Montco’s Homeless Prevention Rental Assistance have each been awarded $200,000 on behalf of Montgomery County and the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) program.
