Abington’s Nothing Bundt Cakes now hosting Community Appreciation Week

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hosting a Community Appreciation Week at their new store at 1431 Old York Road, Abington.

The week of events which honor and thank local public servants began today, January 16, with First Responders Day. Tuesday is Teachers & Staff Day, Wednesday is Military Day, and Thursday is Healthcare Workers Day.

Public servants can show their badges or business cards and receive 10 percent off all purchases on their designated days.

Friday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce at 9:00am will be followed by a fundraiser for the Abington Health Fund from 10:00am to 7:00. 20% of sales will be donated to the Abington Health Foundation Women’s Board.

The store’s first 50 guests on Saturday will receive free Confetti Bundtlets for a year.

The Abington store first opened in late November. Its sister store is located in Newtown.
