Abington’s Fitman x Fademan Launches Back-to-School Health & Grooming Push for Local Youth

Eric Brown, known across the region as Fitman x Fademan, transformation is not just physical, it’s personal. This fall, Brown is using his unique dual expertise as both a champion natural bodybuilder and licensed master barber to help Philadelphia-area youth start the school year looking sharp, feeling confident, and fueling their bodies for success.

Through the Fitman x Fademan Collective, based in Abington, Brown is rolling out a back-to-school initiative that teaches kids and teens how to prepare quick, nutritious breakfasts before class and offers professional, precise haircuts designed to boost confidence and self-image.

“Confidence starts in the mirror,” Brown said. “When you look your best, you feel your best and when you feel your best, you perform at your best. That’s true in the classroom, on the field, and in life.”

Brown’s journey began in 2010 with Fitman Performance & Physique Training, where his no-nonsense, results-driven approach earned him recognition as one of Men’s Health Magazine’s Top 8 Trainers in America and the 2022 NGA Mr. Natural Philadelphia bodybuilding champion. In 2025, he expanded his impact by opening Fademan Precision Barbershop in the same facility, providing professional men’s grooming services under one roof.
