Abington Township will host a free shredding event for residents on Saturday, October 14 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Public Works Yard, 2201 Florey Lane in Glenside.

Participants are asked to limit their shredding materials to four boxes or bags per car. Newspapers, books, magazines, plastic coverings or cardboard will be accepted.
