As part of Hispanic Heritage month, CBS News featured Luis Ramos McMahon, an Abington high school senior, on his life’s journey and plans for the future.

Luis is currently a welding student at Eastern Center for Arts and Technology, a private technical school in Willow Grove.

“I was never really a book-smart person. I was always on-hands. I love to do stuff with my hands that’s how I learn better,” Luis said about his calling.
