The Abington Township Police Department announced at approximately 8:15pm that a raccoon reportedly bit a resident today.

“Please stay alert and avoid approaching any wild animals. If you see this raccoon, call 911 immediately,” the post said, noting that the raccoon was last seen around the 2400 block of Lafayette Avenue in Roslyn.
