The Abington Township Police Department recently honored Officer Alan Freed for his 35 years of service.
Freed’s tenure with the Department began in 1988 as a Traffic Safety Manager. He received a promotion in 2006, and in 2013 he was selected as a Master Police Officer.
Freed is also a crash reconstructionist and Motor Carrier inspection officer. He has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from West Chester University.
