The Hatboro Police Department announced today the arrest of Jeffrey Grace, 52, for his role in a robbery that occurred on Horsham Road in the early hours of Wednesday, December 11.
Officials said Grace was arrested in Abington Township and turned over to Hatboro police earlier today. He was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility where he is currently awaiting arraignment.
His charges include:
- (1 COUNT) 3701 (A)(1)(II) – ROBBERY – INFLICT/THREATEN BODILY INJURY (F1)
- (1 COUNT) 3701 (A)(1)(IV) ROBBERY – ROBBERY-INFLICT THREAT IMM BOD INJ
- (1 COUNT) (18) 2706 (A)(1) TERRORISTIC THREATS (M1)
- (1 COUNT) (18) 2701 (A)(1) SIMPLE ASSAULT
- (1 COUNT)3921A THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING
