Senator Maria Collett of Fort Washington announced grant funding for affordable housing and housing stability services in Montgomery County through the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) fund.
Grant recipients in greater Glenside include:
- Abington Township – $200,000 for the Abington Township Emergency Repairs Program
- Clarifi (Jenkintown) – $80,000 for Housing Counseling
“Far too many Pennsylvanians – including residents here in Montgomery County – are struggling to afford stable housing in their communities,” Senator Collett said. “I’m proud to announce these investments from the PA Housing Finance Agency to expand local housing stock, provide homelessness prevention services, and keep more Pennsylvanians safe in their homes.”
