Jefferson Abington Hospital shared photos of its tiniest patients currently in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Staff dressed the babies in Halloween-themed outfits and presented commemorative keepsakes to their families.

“This annual tradition provides parents and caregivers a welcome moment of joy, normalcy and celebration during a stressful and challenging time,” Jefferson Abington said in a statement. “It reflects the compassion and support NICU teams provide while creating cherished memories that last long after the infants go home.”
