Andrew Clauhs, a sergeant of the Upper Moreland Township Police Department, was interviewed by CBS News as part of their coverage of an equine therapy program called the Kindle Hill Foundation in Blue Bell.

The obstacle course helps police officers practice self-awareness using body language to guide a horse. Clauhs told CBS that it’s important for officers to find ways to handle and process stress since 9/11.

The Kindle Hill Foundation also has specialized programs for people with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. You can learn more about those programs here.
