Frances and Bill Donahue, grand marshals of the second annual Glenside St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival, were featured today by 6ABC.

According to their coverage, Frances was born in Dublin, Ireland and founded the Cummins School of Irish Dance 25 years ago. Bill, whose father was from Derry, Ireland, is a longtime Irish musician and performed today alongside his sons Bill Donahue, Jr and Brendan Donahue as part of their family’s group called the Derry Brigade.

Their daughter, Noreen (Donahue) McAleer, serves as president of the Glenside St. Patrick’s Day Association.
