Hatboro Wawa purchased for $7.4M, dubbed ‘the jewel of Wawas’ by new owner

The Wawa at 412 S. York Road in Hatboro has been purchased by Altimari Properties for $7.4 million, The Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The 5,585 sf convenience store, which has a gas station and a liquor license, was constructed in 2023 and was placed on the market for $7,550,388 in August 2025. Altimari Properties is now Wawa’s landlord.

“It’s the jewel of Wawas,” Altimari Properties owner John Altimari told The Journal. “It’s really a beautiful site.”

New Jersey developer Arctrust was the site’s previous owner. Wawa’s base lease expires in 2043, The Journal said.
