Warminster police are searching for an armed robber who kidnapped a driver from the Davisville Road Wawa at 1:37am on Tuesday, April 2, 6ABC reported.

According to police, the suspect brandished a knife and forced the victim to drive to ATMs at the PNC Bank in Warminster and the FCCB bank in the Justa Farms Shopping Center in Upper Moreland Township.

The victim told police that the suspect was hiding behind a nearby tree and entered the back seat of the vehicle while they were in the store. The suspect eventually told the victim to drive to the German Club in Warminster, where he exited the vehicle and fled.

No injuries were reported. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Warminster Police Department at (215) 672-1000.
