Rooster’s, located at 294 N Keswick Avenue in Glenside, will host a soft opening on Friday, November 15 at 4:00pm. The grand opening is set for Friday.
The restaurant slash pub served a nearly packed house Wednesday evening, with many customers then heading across the street to the Keswick Theatre’s showing of “Cold Case Live.”
Owner Matt Moyer said tomorrow’s soft opening will be accompanied by a 210-inch “Rooster-vision” display-plus-audio of the Philadelphia Eagles (7-2) taking on the Washington Commanders (7-3) at 8:15pm.
“Our first game day should be a great experience. That’ll be our first go at it,” he said. “We’re going to take reservations starting next week.”
“The enthusiasm of the community has been unparralled compared to anything we’ve ever done. People seem grateful for the work that we’ve put in, and leaning in on the local sports scene and the history of the town has really made it special for a lot of people,” co-owner Justin Weathers said.
The dinner and drink menus are finished and now live on Rooster’s website. Check them out:
