Lower Moreland police arrest man for theft from vehicle, woman for trespassing

The Lower Moreland Police Department has announced the following arrests:

Albert Wayne Christian, Jr

According to the report, police responded to the 1700 block of Byberry Road in Huntingdon Valley on April 20 for the report of a theft from a vehicle.

The victim reported that the front passenger side window of their vehicle had been broken and their bag and other items totaling over $100 were missing following a walk with their pet.

After an investigation, detectives identified Christian Jr., 36, who received the charges below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 3934 A THEFT FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE
  • (1) COUNT OF 3925 A RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY
  • (1) COUNT OF 3304 A5 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – DAMAGE PROPERTY – SUMMARY CASE

Jessica Feldman

According to police, officers were dispatched to a residence along Pine Road in Huntingdon Valley for a trespassing report.

The complainant said that the subject, later identified as Feldman, 33, was in the property’s backyard banging on the door. 

Police located Feldman in the backyard and took her into custody on October 7. She had previously been warned for trespassing, the report said. Her charges are below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 3503 (B)(1)(III) DEFIANT TRESPASSER FENCED/ENCLOSED
  • (1) COUNT OF 6114 A CONTEMPT FOR VIOLATION OF ORDER OF AGREEMENT
