Upper Moreland police assist in the arrest of a Doylestown woman who defrauded 17 banks, charged with multiple felonies

The Upper Moreland Township Police Department aided in the arrest of Suzette Morales, a Doylestown woman who has been charged with multiple felonies for defrauding banks using stolen information. 

According to TriStateAlert.com’s article, officers from Upper Moreland assisted in the investigation by identifying Morales in surveillance footage of the incidents.

Morales’ charges include six counts of felony forgery, two counts of felony access device fraud, felony identity theft, felony theft by deception, felony criminal attempted theft by deception, six counts of felony receiving stolen property, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of a device known to be counterfeit or altered.
