The Philadelphia Inquirer has featured a Glenside Colonial as its “House of the week.”
The three-bedroom, single family home at 724 Argyle Road is described as a “brick center hall Colonial on a tree-lined street in the Northwoods neighborhood of Glenside.”
Built in 1939, it has been owned by the Conran family since 2002. With two kids nearly out of the house for good, the family is looking to sell the property for $449,900.
“I really hope a new family enjoys it,” Kristin Conran told The Inquirer.
