The Abington Police Athletic League (PAL) recently congratulated Abington High School senior Marques Plumer for receiving the Robert J. Allen, Sr. Memorial Scholarship.

Plumer will be a freshman at Montgomery County Community College this fall. This year’s scholarship, which is presented annually, is sponsored by PAL board member Jon Waxman of Lee’s Hoagie House.
