Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Glenside has been awarded an overall 5 out of 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

“Receiving a Five Star Overall rating is a testament to Edgehill’s commitment to compassionate and high quality of care,” said Gloria Keyes, administrator at the center. “The dedication shown by each member of Edgehill’s team is the reason this rating is possible. I would like to offer my most heartfelt ‘thank you’ to the team members of Edgehill for the care they provide daily while serving our residents.”

CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare nursing home options based on an overall rating. A 5-star rating is the highest rating awarded and means Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is considered “much above average.”

These ratings are calculated from results and data in three categories: Health Inspections, Staffing and Quality Measures. The center offers skilled nursing care, including short-term rehab services.
